Cantera Nude Beach

Playa de la Cantera is located 20km northeast of Bilbao on Spain's northern coast, known as the Costa Verde. This modestly sized nude beach is nicely sheltered from the rough seas of the Bay of Biscay. There are usually many nude sunbathers on this beach and it is often totally nudist. Playa de la Cantera beach is located on the road from Barrika to Plentzia, next to the Bar Bidondo. Another nude beach in this vicinity is Playa Mar Abierto.   1. Following the coast west, the rocky coves of Mutriku's Seven Beaches are popular with naturists and divers. At Laga's beach, the mountains cascade down to the shore. "The beach is below the cliff, and it's the most beautiful one in the Basque country," said guide David Elezgaray.
