Meco Beach, Portugal - Officially Recognised Nude Beach

	The officially nude Meco Beach, close to Cabo Espichel, consists of white sands backed by impressive cliffs - with greenish mud on hand if you fancy an impromptu skin treatment. The seas can be rough along this coast so beware. To reach this nude beach head west from Alfarim (see maps below) and follow the signs to the beaches (Praias).
