Breaker Bay, New Zealand - Tolerated Nude Beach

	Breaker Bay nude beach is located in Seatoun, a suburb of Wellington, close to where Inglis Street meets Breaker Bay Road around the 'Pass of Branda' (beach access is via the car park). The beach is composed of fine pebbles and is sheltered from the prevailing northwesterly winds. The Wellington police and council seem much more tolerant of nudism than the authorities in other New Zealand cities.

BREAKER BAY NUDE BEACH REPORTS:

1. From the end of State Highway 1 in Wellington, follow the signs to the airport, turning right at the second roundabout at signs to Airport-Strathmore-Seatoun. Turn left into Broadway at sign to Seatoun, go past the Strathmore shops, up the hill and through the tunnel. Turn immediately right into Ludlam Road, then second right into Inglis Street, up the hill and through a road cutting (Pass of Branda). Two car parks are on your left at the bottom of the hill, or go by bus to Seatoun and walk 1 km along Inglis Street to the beach. - The Free Beach Group
