Valle Gran Rey, La Gomera - Unofficial Nude Beaches

	There are two nude beaches near Valle Gran Rey. The black sand beach on the northern edge of town is called Playa del Ingles and the other beach is located beyond the harbour at Vueltas, although access is difficult because of steep cliffs. Garajonay Exprés run a ferry service between Valle Gran Rey and these other ports in the Canaries. See below for possible nude beach reports.

VALLE GRAN REY NUDE BEACH REPORTS:

1. In Valle Gran Rey there are two beaches, the most popular is Playa del Ingles which is a black sand beach just on the outskirts of town. The other beach is a lot harder to get to and involves some climbing and is situated past the harbour and under the gigantic cliffs past the Argayal centre. - Naturist Holidays - Canary Islands Guide

3. Back on La Gomera, there was a very different vibe to Valle Gran Rey, the valley that dominates the western side of the island. Twenty years ago Valle Gran Rey was a bit of a hippie hangout. The communes are long gone now, but something of their flavour remains: one of the two beaches is nudist and Joe felt that there were more tie-dyed garments on show than is strictly tasteful. - BBC Holiday Destinations - La Gomera
